Governor of Kaduna State,Nasir El-Rufai at the Government house.She is believed to meeting the First Lady of Nigeria,Mrs. Aisha to discuss issues affecting women and children in Africa.Mrs.Gates together with her husband,the co-founder of Microsoft owns the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation which has supported a lot of deprived communities in Africa.
