Cassie De Pecol has found her name in the Guinness Book of records as the first person to tour the 196 sovereign nations
in the world in less time and the only female to achieve such feat.
It took Cassie ,a native of Connecticut in the United States just 18 months and 26 days to tour these nations.
Cassie had the aim of doing something way back in High school.Upon realizing it's not happening as thought by the age of 25,she then became so anxious to achieve major as quickly as
possible.
Travelling to all sovereign nations in the world became the ultimate goal for Cassie.At age 25,Cassie traveled first to the nation of Palau an Island country located in the western pacific ocean and ended at Zambia.
The expedition including airfare was partly funded with donations from sponsors like Eagle Creek ,Clif Bar as well as Eco-hotels like Six Senses Zighy located in Oman, almost amounted to
$200,000.
In the course of her exploration She spends 2 to 5 days in each country,to visit school and to meet with tourism leaders.
By the age of 27 yrs ,Cassie has completed her tour which ended this year February ,2017.
