In a study conducted by World Linguistic Society has placed
Ghana on 7th position on their list of Top English speaking countries in Africa.
Uganda came first as the best English speaking country in Africa.The East African nation with a population of over 37 million was once a British colony,gained independence from the United Kingdom in 9th october 1962.English is Uganda's official language and language of instruction in schools and instituitions in rhe country.Children starts studying the English language as early as pre-primary school.
