As part of his regional tour to other West African States
,President Akufo Addo kick started at Togo where he was met with rising welcome by the Togolese and Ghanaians as such.
The Ghanaian President was welcomed at the Togolese border at Aflao by President Essozima Gnassingbé of Togo.Pres Akufo Addo was accompanied by his Trade Minister ,Hon Alan Kyeremanteng ,Foreign Minister Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, Defence Minister,Hon. Dominic Nitiwul etc.
Pres Akufo Addo's regional tour is to formally introduce himself to his colleagues as the Ghanaian leader and to boost bilateral trade with them.He is expected to meet and interact with Ghanaian community in Togo on the last day of his 3-day visit .
From Togo,the Ghanaian Pres will be making his way to ouagadougou and then to Abidjan.
